中國民用航空網(wǎng)訊：9月14日，中國航空器材集團公司（以下簡稱“中國航材”）副總經(jīng)理楊曉明與Babcock公司全球增長和經(jīng)營副總裁Frederic GOIG先生在第四屆中國天津國際直升機博覽會上共同簽署了雙方《戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議》。 (14 Sep, 2017, Tianjin China): Mr. Yang Xiaoming, vice president of China Aviation Supplies Holding Company (hereafter as CAS) and Mr. Frederic GOIG, Vice President Global Growth and Operation of Babcock International Group  signed the strategic cooperation framework on the 4th China Helicopter Expo in Tianjin, China.  

在簽約儀式上，中國航材規(guī)劃發(fā)展部、通航產(chǎn)業(yè)辦公室高級經(jīng)理李晶晶女士介紹了中國航材的發(fā)展歷史、業(yè)務(wù)情況、優(yōu)勢，特別是在通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域新的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃布局。中國航材計劃打造以市場為導向的通航產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展國家隊，在嘗試參與通用航空生產(chǎn)制造的基礎(chǔ)上，未來3-5年計劃將通用航空運營特別是航空應急醫(yī)療服務(wù)，以及通用航空機場建設(shè)及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域作為優(yōu)先發(fā)展的重點。

On the ceremony, Ms LI Jingjing, Senior Manager of Planning and Development Department & General Aviation Industry Office, CAS, introduced the history, business and advantages of CAS, especially its new strategy in general aviation industry. CAS, aiming at building the market-oriented national team of general aviation, will try to involve in general aviation manufacturing and prioritize the development of general aviation operation in 3 to 5 years, especially aviation emergency medical services, general aviation airport construction, and related areas.

Frederic GOIG, Vice President Global Growth and Operation of Babcock International Group, introduced its development plan in China. Babcock thinks highly of the promising Chinese general aviation market, and pays special attention on Babcock’s development in China. Babcock is  establishing an entity in Beijing to fully expand its business in China. With the partnership and the expansion of the Chinese team, Babcock expects to bring to China its operation experience of nearly 400 aircrafts in Europe, Africa and Australia, and its sophisticated operational capability which today delivers more than  132,000 flight hours each year.根據(jù)初步共識，雙方將發(fā)揮各自優(yōu)勢，集合國內(nèi)相關(guān)優(yōu)勢資源，共同規(guī)劃建立面向全國的航空應急醫(yī)療服務(wù)平臺，通過高水平的培訓提升通用航空企業(yè)的航空應急醫(yī)療運營能力；通過推動制訂與貫徹執(zhí)行高水平的運營標準確保航空應急醫(yī)療服務(wù)水平；通過集中優(yōu)勢資源改善并優(yōu)化航空應急醫(yī)療服務(wù)運營企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境，最終將該平臺發(fā)展成為中國航空應急醫(yī)療服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的典范。

In line with the Memorandum of Understanding, CAS and Babcock plan to develop each other’s advantages and integrate other domestic relevant advantageous resources  to build a nationwide aviation emergency medical services platform. The objective is to create and deliver an exemplary EMS service which will be the benchmark for China. This partnership will combine resources and knowhow to support the EMS market by setting operational standards and delivering the required training and support needed by general aviation.

CAS is a state-owned enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). Its predecessor, China Aviation Supplies Company (CASC), was founded with the approval of the State Import and Export Regulatory Commission in October 1980 as the first incorporated company in the civil aviation industry.
